摘要: 水库移民安置点基础设施工程设计主要内容包括道路、竖向、给排水、电力通信等。在制定安置点方案过程中,由于移民想法经常发生变化,因而规划布局具有不确定性,设计工作常需重复调整,工程量大。为了适应安置点方案的多变性,将BIM应用于移民安置点基础设施工程设计中,建立了场地、道路及管网等设施的三维模型,实现三维曲面、横断面、纵断面、标注等数据的动态更新,自动生成各种图形并计算相应工程量,且图形和工程量会随模型的变化而及时更新。与传统方法相比,该方法可大幅提高设计效率,使设计成果更加直观。

Abstract: Infrastructure design of resettlement sites mainly includes: road, elevation planning, water supply and drainage, power supply and communications for resettlement sites. Due to frequent changes of immigrants' ideas and the uncertainty of planning and layout, devising resettlement site scheme often involves large engineering quantities and repeated adjustment of design. To adapt to the variability of resettlement site scheme, BIM is applied to infrastructure design of resettlement sites, and three-dimensional models for site, roads, pipelines and other facilities are established. With these models, all data on three-dimensional surfaces, transverse sections, longitudinal sections and marks can be updated, various graphs can be automatically generated and the corresponding engineering quantities can be calculated. Meanwhile, the graphs and quantities can be timely updated with the change of models. Compared with traditional methods, BIM, which can greatly enhance design efficiency and make the design results more directly perceived, has obvious advantages in scheme comparison and selection.
