Abstract: China has achieved considerable economic benefits since QC was implemented, but some problems still exist and QC activities should be improved. This paper analyzes the implementation status quo and the existing problems of QC activities in Chinese enterprises. At present, the main problems are: low staff participation, weak awareness of quality education, poor activity management ability, and insufficient implementation of consolidation measures. With Jinping Hydropower Station as a case, the improving measures, implementation, achieved experience of QC activities in the station are introduced to promote QC activities in China.
