2016年安徽省长江流域暴雨洪水特性分析

摘要: 2016年6月18日至7月21日,安徽省长江流域发生暴雨洪水(主降雨集中在6月18日至7月5日),最大3,7 d降雨量位居历史第一,重现期大于50 a一遇,最大15 d降雨量位居历史第二,重现期接近50 a一遇,至7月5日长江安徽段全线超警戒水位。通过收集、整理此次暴雨洪水的资料,对该次暴雨的过程和成因进行了分析,结合历史特征年资料进行比较,指出强降雨的空间分布以及前期长江底水等是影响此次洪水历史排位(即汛情危急程度)的重要因素。根据此次暴雨洪水的分析,以便为今后防汛减灾,洪水预报等提供借鉴。

Abstract: From June 18 to July 21, 2016, heavy rainfall and flood occurred in the Changjiang River basin of Anhui Province, and the main rainfall concentrated in June 18 to July 5. The maximum 3 day and 7 day rainfall are the highest in history, the recurrence period is more than 50 years; the maximum 15 day rainfall ranks second in history, the recurrence period is approximate to 50 years. To July 5, the water levels in Anhui reach of Changjiang River exceeded the warning water level. According to the collected flood data, the rainstorm process and genesis are analyzed. In combination with the relevant hydrological data of historical years, it is pointed out that the heavy rainfall, the spatial distribution and higher base flow situation in previous period are the important factors to the history rank of this flood. The analysis results can provide reference for flood control and flood forecast in the future.
