摘要: 长江流域水系复杂,防洪范围广,控制性水库的防洪调度目标具有多元化、多区域分布等特征,水库在流域内的分布各式各样,各种调节能力的水库以串联、并联等多种形式互相连接,具有复杂的空间拓扑关系。为快速清晰地判断防洪对象、水库群以及水系的干支流、上下游拓扑关系,利用基于对象关系数据库的WebGIS网络分析模型,有机结合图形数据和属性数据,以长江流域为例,选取多个水库、断面及防洪对象构建简洁高效的网络拓扑关系,实现复杂水网的可视化和智能化,从而提高水库群联合调度的决策效率和智能效果。

Abstract: The Changjiang River Basin contains a complicated river system and a wide range of flood control area. The objects of flood control operations is highly diversified and widely distributed. The reservoirs distribution forms are various in the basin and the reservoirs with different functions are connected in series way or parallel way, posing a complex topological relationship. In order to quickly and accurately figure out the topological relationships of various flood control objects, reservoir groups on mainstream and the tributaries, a WebGIS technology in conceptual model development of water system is introduced. On the basis of object-relational databases, GIS topological model, and internet techniques, and taking a group of reservoirs, sections and flood control objects on upstream Changjiang River as an example, a concise and effective water system is successfully developed. With a more intuitive, interactive and extensible conceptual model, the efficiency of multi-reservoir operation decision-making can be significantly improved.
