下诱导缝上横缝的碾压混凝土拱坝分缝设计

摘要: 云龙河三级水电站碾压混凝土拱坝坝址为典型的“V”形狭窄河谷,由于采用了通仓碾压和连续上升的施工方式,合理的分缝设计对改善坝体应力条件、保证大坝安全尤其重要。结合云龙河三级水电站拱坝的特点,首次提出了“下诱上横”的碾压混凝土拱坝分缝新技术,该分缝设计可保证施工期低高程坝体联合抵挡汛期洪水,浇筑完成后在预定位置张开成缝以利于后期封拱灌浆。经计算分析,并通过实际施工过程及运行阶段验证,该分缝设计是合理的,可为类似工程提供借鉴。

Abstract: The dam site of the third-cascade hydropower station on Yunlong River is a typical v-shaped narrow valley. The construction of full-face rolling and dam height continuous rising required the joint design is reasonable, which is important to improving stress condition of the dam and ensuring safety of the dam. According to the characteristics of the dam, a new joint design of bottom induced crack and upper transverse joints for RCC arch dam was proposed for the first time. The joint design can ensure the structure safe in the water impoundment with lower monolith during construction period, and also ensure joint forming in the predetermined positions in arch closure grouting. By calculation analysis and the practical construction and operation of the concrete dam, the joints design is proved reasonable.
