摘要: 白鹤滩水电站进水塔施工具有混凝土体积大、结构复杂、精度要求高、模板提升量大、大风天气多等特点,安全问题突出。为保证进水塔安全高效施工,对液压自爬升悬臂模板施工技术进行了研究。对塔体外围及缝墩、边墩和拦污栅墩头分别个性化地选配了直面和圆弧液压自爬升悬臂模板。对塔体混凝土入仓方式和分仓设计进行了优化,同时对模板埋件进行了复核计算。检测结果表明:进水塔混凝土最大体型偏差19 mm,平均偏差8 mm,满足设计要求,效果良好。相关成果值得在类似工程推广。

Abstract: The intake tower concrete pouring at Baihetan Hydropower Station is difficult because of large concrete volume, complex structure, high construction accuracy requirement, large formwork lifting capacity, windy weather and outstanding safety problems. In order to ensure the safe and efficient construction of intake tower, hydraulic automatic cantilever formwork technique was improved according to the actual situation. The vertical and circular hydraulic automatic cantilever formwork were selected for the tower exterior and joint piers, side piers and trash rock piers. The design of concrete pouring and segmentation of the tower body were also optimized. The formwork embedded parts were checked and calculated. The measurement results showed that the maximum deviation of intake tower concrete was 19 mm and the average deviation was 8 mm, meeting the design requirements.
