基于DIC法的混凝土三点弯曲梁断裂性能试验研究

摘要: 为研究不同初始缝高比对混凝土断裂性能的影响,设计了3组初始缝高比分别为0.2,0.3和0.4的共15根三点弯曲梁试件。利用数字图像相关法(Digital Image Correlation, DIC)测得试件表面全场应变及位移数据,与采用传统夹式引伸计测得裂缝口张开位移(CMOD)、裂尖张口位移(CTOD)以及临界有效裂缝扩展长度计算值进行了对比分析。结果表明:DIC采集的CMOD及CTOD值与引伸计实测值吻合良好;基于DIC方法测得的临界有效裂缝扩展长度与公式计算结果基本吻合,误差在8%以内;从通过DIC方法得到的水平方向应变图,可观测出断裂全过程的裂纹的扩展路径。综上,DIC方法能较为准确地应用到混凝土断裂试验中。

Abstract: For researching the effect of initial crack-depth ratio on fracture property of concrete, 15 three-point bending (TPB) beam specimens with three different initial crack-depth ratios of 0.2,0.3 and 0.4 were tested. Moreover, the full-field strain and displacement data of specimen surface was measured using the digital image correlation (DIC) method. A comparative analysis on the measured crack mouth opening displacement (CMOD), crack tip opening displacement (CTOD) and the critical effective crack extension length between the DIC method and the traditional clip gauge method was made. The results show that the values of CTOD and CMOD measured by two methods agree well with each other;The measured results of effective crack propagation length based on DIC method compared well with the results of the calculated formula and the error is less than 8%; The crack propagation path during the whole fracture process can be monitored with the horizontal direction strain diagram obtained by DIC method. Therefore, the DIC method can be applied in the concrete fracture experiment.
