摘要: 为了解决汉江梯级水库原水库调度系统功能分散、数据来源不一致、运行可靠性低等问题,围绕水库调度系统改造升级课题,通过对水库调度任务进行分析及对业务需求进行梳理,并紧跟技术发展趋势,完成了该系统的改造设计和工程应用研究,实现了系统功能及数据源的完全整合、集成化的信息展示、信息上报的稳定传输以及基于业务流程的值班管理和考虑气象降雨的洪水预报,大幅提高了水库调度日常工作效率和提升了水库调度精细化的管理水平。对汉江梯级水库调度系统的改造设计方案、网络结构及数据流程、系统的功能设计(包括功能架构、信息采集、计算处理及后台服务、信息展示及值班管理、外部联系及决策支持等)以及系统的设计难点和设计特色分别进行了介绍。

Abstract: The original Hanjiang cascade reservoir regulation system has the problems of decentralized functions, inconsistency in data sources and low reliability in system operation. By proposing water system reformation and upgrade project, we first sorted out and analyzed the tasks of reservoir regulation and operating requirements, and then completed the reformation designing and implementing of the system by keeping up to the pace of technical development. The new system completes the integration of system functions and data sources, integrated data presentation, steady transferring of information reporting, and duty management and flood forecast based on operation processes and precipitation. It greatly promotes efficiency of daily flood regulation, and fine management level in reservoir regulation. Furthermore, we introduced the reformation design scheme and network structure of the system, data flow, functions designing (including function structure, information collection, system processing and back-end services, information presentation and duty management, external contacts and decision support) , design difficulties and features.
