摘要: 巴基斯坦卡洛特水电站沥青混凝土心墙堆石坝基岩缓倾、软弱,爆破卸荷松弛较为严重,且心墙基座两侧岩体风化程度高,坝基灌浆外漏和抬动现象十分突出。在总结前期灌浆试验经验和不足的基础上,对固结灌浆采取了增设充填灌浆、加强外漏封堵、严控升压过程、加强抬动控制、重新开孔补灌等措施;而对帷幕灌浆采取了调整目标压力、分排分序逐级升压、加长孔口管长度等措施。灌后质量检查结果表明:该工程采取的灌浆工艺参数及质量控制措施有效提升了复杂工程地质条件下的基岩灌浆压力,改善了灌浆质量,可供同类工程坝基灌浆参考。

Abstract: Foundation rock of Karot asphalt concrete core rock-fill dam in Pakistan is characterized as low angle, weak and seriously relaxed due to blasting. The weathered degree of rock mass on both sides of the core wall foundation is high, so leakage and uplift is very prominent when grouting the dam foundation, making grouting construction very difficult. Based on summing up the experiences and shortages of grouting testing, measures such as adding filling grouting, strengthening out-leakage plugging, controlling pressure increasing procedure strictly, strengthening uplift control and supplementary grouting in newly drilled holes were carried out for consolidation grouting, while measures such as adjusting target pressure, increasing pressure gradually by rows and sequence, lengthening the orifice pipe were carried out for curtain grouting. The quality inspection results after grouting showed that the grouting process parameters and quality control measures adopted in the project can effectively improve the grouting pressure of the bedrock under complex engineering geological conditions, improve the grouting quality, and can be used for dam foundation grouting in other similar projects.
