超大直径高水压无粘结预应力涵管原型模型试验

摘要: 吉林引松工程是国务院确定的172项重大水利工程之一,是吉林省有史以来投资规模最大、难度最大的大型跨区域引调水工程。内径5.1 m的超大型现浇混凝土预应力输水涵管能否成功应用,是引松供水工程重大关键技术难题之一。通过开展1〖DK(〗∶〖DK)〗1原型结构模型试验,系统研究了钢绞线预应力变化规律、沿程孔道摩阻力以及张拉锚头摩阻力损失情况、不同工况下混凝土涵管应力变形规律、伸缩缝变形规律等关键问题。在预应力涵管地面水力高压试验封堵技术、全分布式光纤感测技术、磁弹效应测试技术、水下收敛变形测试技术、双螺旋对偶的预应力涵设计方法、气-液复合加压稳压技术、涵管预应力结构三维非线性数值仿真技术以及极度严寒条件下的模型试验技术等方面取得了创新性成果,成功地优化了设计方案、改进了施工工艺。研究成果为推动水利水电工程中预应力输水涵管设计方法的发展提供了技术支撑。

Abstract: The water supply from Songhuajiang River of Jilin Province is one of the 172 major water conservancy projects in China recently, and it is also a major trans-region water diversion project that is characterized as the largest investment, the longest line, the largest benefited area and most difficult construction difficulty in history of Jinlin Province. It is one of the key technical problems in the project that whether the prestressed culvert with inner diameter of 5.1m can be successfully applied. Through the 1:1 prototype structure model test, the key scientific problems such as the changing law of prestress of steel cable, the friction resistance along the channel and the loss of friction resistance of tensioned anchor head, the stress and deformation law of concrete culvert under different working conditions, and the deformation law of expansion joint are systematically studied. Through a series of tests, we made achievements in the following test technologies, ground hydraulic pressure test seal technology for prestressed culverts, the distributed optical fiber sensor technology, magnetic effect testing technology, underwater convergence deformation testing technology, the double helix prestressed culvert design method, gas-liquid composite pressure regulator technology, the three-dimensional nonlinear numerical simulation technology of culvert prestressed structure and model test technology under extreme cold weather. Based on these results, we successfully optimized the design scheme, and improved construction technology. The research results provide technical support for the development of design method of prestressed water transmission culvert in water conservancy and hydropower projects.
