摘要: 传统的地铁工程建设过程中,往往会存在信息丢失、专业繁多、沟通困难、生产效率低下等问题,不仅严重影响了工程的建设进度,也给后期的地铁运维管理带来了极大困难。而BIM技术的物联网、大数据等信息化手段的应用,正成为解决这一问题的有效途径。针对武汉市轨道交通建设,以三阳路越江隧道BIM应用为例,通过市场调研、数据分析、系统开发等,研究了轨道交通项目的BIM项目管理框架体系,分层分专业建立了颗粒度高、精细化程度高、现场匹配度高的BIM模型,以满足三维可视化运维管理需求。结合全系统的综合感知能力,建立了各运维管理模块间的逻辑关联,开发了基于BIM的智能运维监测管理平台,实现对设备设施运行状态的三维智能监测展示。研究结果为武汉市轨道交通工程BIM技术的规范化应用奠定了基础,最终在创建的多方协同管理平台上,实现了项目三维可视化的全生命周期过程管理,有效提升了整个工程的项目管理水平。

Abstract: There are some problems of information loss, professional diversity, communication difficulties and low productivity in traditional rail transport project construction. These problems not only affect the construction progress, but also bring great difficulties to the management of the rail transport project operation and maintenance in the later period. The application of information means such as Internet of things and big data based on BIM technology is becoming an effective way to solve these problems. Taking the BIM application of Sanyang Road cross-river tunnel project in Wuhan as an example, through market research, data analysis, system development and other methods, the BIM project management framework system of rail transport project was studied. A BIM model with high granularity, high refinement degree and high field matching degree was established in a multi-stratification and multi-specialty way to meet the needs of 3D visual operation and maintenance management. Combining with the comprehensive perception ability of the whole system, the logical association between the operation and maintenance management modules was established. An intelligent operation and maintenance monitoring management platform based on BIM was developed to realize the 3D intelligent monitoring and display of the operating state of the equipment and facilities. The research results lay a foundation for the standardized application of BIM technology application in Wuhan rail transit engineering, and the whole life cycle process management of 3D visualization of the project was realized on the basis of the multiparty collaborative management platform, which effectively improved the project management level of the whole project.
