高内水压盾构隧洞预应力混凝土内衬结构受力分析

摘要: 为准确计算高内水压力作用下盾构隧洞无粘结预应力混凝土内衬的受力情况,通过环形预应力机理分析,同时采用理论计算和三维有限元的方法,全面分析了施工、运行和检修等不同工况下隧洞衬砌管片和预应力混凝土内衬的受力性能,计算得到了内衬混凝土应力分布形态。计算结果表明:对于盾构输水隧洞,在高内水压力作用下,通过采用双层双圈布置钢绞线,可最大限度减少内衬槽口的尺寸,预应力混凝土内衬受力也满足规范要求。

Abstract: In order to accurately calculate the stress of non-cohesive pre-stressed lining of shield tunnel under high internal water pressure, based on mechanism of annular pre-stressed, theoretical calculation, and finite element software(ABAQUS), we comprehensively analyzed the stress of tunnel lining segments and pre-stressed lining under different working conditions such as construction, operational stage and maintenance stage. The simulation results show that the double-layer and double-circle layout of the steel strand can minimize the size of the liner groove, and also meet the stress requirements of the specification.
