长江一级阶地隧道盾构施工岩溶塌陷防治措施研究

摘要: 针对地铁隧道穿越长江一级阶地岩溶富集区存在的岩溶地面塌陷风险,开展了岩溶塌陷机理和地铁隧道施工防塌陷措施研究。通过构建长江一级阶地典型地层结构下的岩溶塌陷物理模型,完整再现了“渗流液化-流土漏失”岩溶塌陷过程,验证了长江一级阶地典型岩溶地质岩溶地面塌陷机理,得知塌陷沙漏的塌陷坡角为40°。依据物理模型所获得的塌陷特征,设计提出了“隧道外侧隔离桩及桩下帷幕注浆,隧道区内满铺岩溶注浆”的岩溶处理及防塌陷方案,并通过地下水渗流模拟初步验证了方案的有效性。研究成果可为同类岩溶地质条件下地铁盾构隧洞工程设计施工提供借鉴。

Abstract: Aiming at the risk of karst ground collapse in the first terrace of the Yangtze River, the mechanism of karst collapse and the measures to prevent collapse in subway tunnel construction were studied. By constructing the physical model of karst collapse under the typical stratigraphic structure of the first terrace of the Yangtze River, the karst collapse process of "seepage liquefaction-flow soil leakage" was reappeared completely, and the typical karst ground collapse mechanism was verified. It showed that the collapse slope angle of the collapsed hourglass is 40°. Based on the collapse characteristics of physical model, the karst treatment and anti-collapse scheme of "outside of the tunnel equipped with isolation pile, with curtain grouting under the pile, inside the tunnel covered with karst grouting" was designed and put forward. The effectiveness of this scheme was preliminarily verified by groundwater seepage simulation. The study can provide reference for the design and construction of subway shield tunnel under the same karst geological conditions.
