摘要: 为了定量分析再生混凝土界面过渡区,分析推导出了再生混凝土界面过渡区的厚度和体积定量计算公式,并结合相关数据分析了再生骨料掺量为30%时不同粒径骨料外界面过渡区的厚度和体积,以及再生骨料的掺量和粒径对界面过渡区与骨料体积比的影响,对比验证了采用定量计算公式计算再生混凝土界面过渡区厚度和体积的可行性。结果表明:再生骨料外附着的老砂浆厚度、再生界面过渡区厚度与体积、界面过渡区的体积均随骨料粒径的增加而增加,随废弃混凝土强度升高而降低;界面过渡区与骨料的体积比随骨料粒径增加而减少,随废弃混凝土强度升高而降低;随着再生骨料掺量的增加,界面过渡区与骨料的体积比也随之增加,对再生混凝土的不利影响也将越大,该体积比也可作为再生混凝土宏观力学性能的表征参数之一。

Abstract: In order to quantitatively analyze the interface transition zone of recycled concrete, the quantitative calculation formula of thickness and volume of the interface transition zone of recycled concrete was derived in this paper. The thickness and volume of the outer surface transition zone of recycled concrete with different particle size aggregate were analyzed when the content of recycled aggregate was 30%. The influence of thickness and volume of recycled concrete with different particle size aggregate on the volume ratio of interface transition zone to aggregate was also analyzed with the relevant data. The feasibility of using quantitative calculation formula to calculate the thickness and volume of the interface transition zone of recycled concrete was verified. The research results showed that the thickness of old mortar attached to recycled aggregate, the thickness and volume of transition zone and the volume of transition zone of regenerated interface all increased with the increase of aggregate particle size, and decreased with the increase of abandoned concrete strength. The volume ratio of interfacial transition zone to aggregate decreased with the increasing of aggregate size and waste concrete strength. With the increase of the recycled aggregate content, the volume ratio of interface transition zone to aggregate increased, and the adverse effect on recycled concrete increased. This volume ratio can also be used as one of the parameters for characterizing the macroscopic mechanical properties of recycled concrete.
