摘要: 为了克服传统TOPSIS模型在决策过程中对各个指标信息挖掘方面存在的不足,将Vague集引入到逼近理想解的排序方法(TOPSIS)中,提出一种水质评价的改进TOPSIS模型。通过对原始数据的单值指标进行规范化,建立了Vague集决策数据矩阵作为新的决策矩阵,根据Vague集的优势函数定义新的正负理想解,分别计算各方案与新的理想解及负理想解的加权距离以及相对贴近度;并运用改进后的TOPSIS模型对沱江流域14个地表水监测断面的水质进行综合评价,将该方法所得结果与单因子指数法、综合指数法、灰色关联法及传统TOPSIS法进行了对比。结果表明:基于Vague集改进的TOPSIS模型保证了各个指标在决策过程中信息挖掘的最大化,与其他方法的评价结果较为一致,真实有效地反映了水质的优劣情况,说明此方法应用在水质评价合理可行。

Abstract: In order to solve the deficiency of traditional TOPSIS model in mining various indicators in a decision-making process,an improved TOPSIS model for water quality assessment was proposed by introducing Vague set into the ranking method of approximate ideal solution(TOPSIS).By normalizing the single-valued indicators of the original data,the decision data matrix of Vague set was established as a new decision matrix.And new positive and negative ideal solutions were defined according to the advantage function of Vague set,then the weighted distance and relative closeness degree of each scheme to the new ideal solution and negative ideal solution were calculated respectively.After that,the improved TOPSIS model was used to comprehensively evaluate the water quality of 14 surface water monitoring sections in the Tuojiang River Basin.The results obtained by this method were compared with the single factor index method,the comprehensive index method,the grey correlation method and the traditional TOPSIS method.The results showed that the improved TOPSIS model based on Vague set could ensure the maximum information mining of each indicators in the decision-making process,which was consistent with the evaluation results of other methods,and reflected water quality truly and effectively,indicating that this method is reasonable and feasible in water quality evaluation.
