袖阀布袋锚杆加固松软地层试验研究

摘要: 钢管锚杆加固松软地层注浆质量不易控制,不能充分发挥锚杆的承载力,为此,提出采用改进袖阀布袋锚杆加固松软地层。开展了松软回填土层袖阀布袋注浆试验、袖阀布袋锚杆与钢管锚杆对比试验及袖阀布袋锚杆抗拔试验。试验结果表明:(1)袖阀布袋承受的最大注浆压力为1.4 MPa,布袋破裂后浆体包裹在锚杆周围,抑制了浆体流动。(2)袖阀布袋锚杆布袋破裂后形成直径为15 cm的圆柱形注浆体包裹于锚杆周围,而钢管锚杆注浆后浆体渗漏扩散严重,锚杆周围浆体分布不均匀,前者具有更为可靠的注浆质量与锚固力。(3)袖阀布袋锚杆最大抗拔力为杆体抗拔承载力标准值的103.5%~122.8%,充分发挥了杆体材料的强度。(4)试验中锚杆破坏时无明显的塑性变形,说明锚杆与地层粘结牢固,注浆效果良好。

Abstract: In reinforcing loose-soft stratum by steel pipe anchor, it is not easy to control the grouting quality and cannot give full play to the bearing capacity of the anchor.Therefore, the sleeve valve cloth bag anchor is proposed to reinforce the loose-soft stratum.The sleeve valve cloth bag grouting test and the uplift test, as well as the comparison test between the sleeve valve cloth bag anchor and steel pipe anchor were carried out in loose-soft backfill soil.The results showed that:(1)The maximum grouting pressure born by the sleeve valve bag was 1.4 MPa.After the bag was broken, the grouting slurry could wrap around the anchor, restricting flow of the grouting slurry.(2)After the bag was broken, a cylindrical grouting body with a diameter of 15 cm was formed and wrapped around the anchor.However for the steel pipe anchor, the leakage and diffusion of grouting slurry were serious, and the distribution of the grouting slurry around the anchor was uneven.Therefore, the sleeve valve cloth bag anchor had a more reliable grouting quality and anchoring force.(3) The maximum anti-pulling force of the sleeve valve cloth bag anchor was 103.5%~122.8% of the standard value of anti-pulling capacity of the anchor body, showing that strength of anchor body material was put into full play.(4)There was no obvious plastic deformation when the ANCHOR-2 anchor was damaged, indicating that the anchor was firmly bonded with the stratum and the grouting effect was good.
