复杂山区山洪监测站网布设方法研究——以江西省铅山县为例

摘要: 监测站网是获取区域尤其是复杂山区小流域暴雨洪水特性最重要、最直接的方式。在分析站网布设相关研究现状和站网存在问题的基础上,提出采用锥体法分析满足小流域山洪灾害防治需求的站点总数,采用风险潜势关联法优化站网的空间分布。前者着眼于降雨过程的时空分布特征,后者侧重于历史山洪灾害情况及沿河村落的预警需求。以此理论为基础,综合分析了江西省铅山县监测站网布设合理性,结论表明需在关联性较弱且危险区人口较多处新增监测站点以满足监测预警需求。研究成果对监测站网的建设和调整优化具有指导意义。

Abstract: Monitoring station network is the most important and direct way to obtain the characteristics of rainstorm and flood in a region, especially in a small watershed in a complex mountainous area.Based on the research status and existing problems of the hydrological station network, we propose to use the cone method to analyze the total number of stations to meet the needs of small watershed flash flood disaster prevention, and use the risk potential correlation method to optimize the spatial distribution of the station network.The former method focuses on the temporal and spatial distribution characteristics of rainfall process, while the latter one focuses on the historical flash flood disaster and the early warning needs of villages along the river.Based on this theory, the rationality of monitoring station network layout in Yanshan County, Jiangxi Province is comprehensively analyzed.The conclusion shows that it is necessary to deploy new monitoring stations in locations of weak correlation and large population in risk areas to meet the needs of monitoring and early warning.The research results have guiding significance for the construction, adjustment and optimization of monitoring station network.
