长江中下游岸滩稳定性评价指标体系构建及应用

摘要: 影响长江中下游岸滩稳定的因素众多,各因素之间相互联系、相互制约,已有研究多在各因素相对孤立的状态下研究其对岸滩稳定性的影响,难以满足综合各因素定量评估岸滩稳定性的需求。结合长江中下游岸滩稳定性主要影响因素,从河岸边界、河流动力、河势、人类活动等层面建立了岸滩稳定性评价指标体系。以扬中河段太平洲环岛为例,利用层次分析法与上述体系构建了岸滩稳定性层次结构模型,通过建立判断矩阵求解指标权重,给出了指标阈值与赋分标准,并对环岛岸滩稳定性进行了赋分评估,验证了列入扬中市崩岸预警段名录的岸段稳定性评估结果的可靠性。结果表明:研究区岸滩以基本稳定为主,占评估河段总长的67%,稳定和较不稳定岸段占33%,无不稳定和极不稳定岸段;非预警岸段最稳定,市辖岸段次之,最不稳定的为省厅重点岸段;非预警岸段中新宁村~华威村一带评价得分较低,建议划入崩岸预警段名录加强监测。评价结果与崩岸预警级别、实际崩岸位置情况较接近,表明指标体系能较好地反映该段岸滩稳定性状况,结合河段特征,经适当修改指标权重与赋分标准后,该指标体系可广泛应用于长江中下游不同河段的岸滩稳定性评价。

Abstract: The beach stability of the middle and lower reaches of the Changjiang River is affected by many interrelated and mutually restricted factors.Most existing studies examined these factors separately,thereby being unable to evaluate beach stability quantitatively and comprehensively by considering different factors simultaneously.In this paper,based on the major factors affecting the beach stability of the middle and lower reaches of the Changjiang River,a beach stability evaluation index system (BSEIS) was established,which covered bank boundary,river dynamic,river regime conditions,human activities,etc.Then selecting the Taipingzhou roundabout of the Yangzhong reach as the research object,a hierarchical structure model of beach stability was constructed by using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and BSEIS.The judgment matrix was established to solve the index weight,and the index threshold and scoring criteria were given.The scoring evaluation of beach stability around the roundabout was carried out,and the reliability of the stability evaluation results of the beach section included in the list of beach collapse warning sections in Yangzhong City was verified.The analysis results showed that,the beach in the studied area were mainly basically-stable,accounting for 67% of the total length of the evaluated reach,the remaining 33% being either stable or relatively unstable banks.The comparison reasults furtherly demonstrated that,the non-early-warning section was the most stable,followed by the municipally administered section,whereas the provincial key section was the least stable.Moreover,during the non-early-warning section,the segment between Xinning Village and Huawei Village received a relatively low score,needing to be included in the list of beach collapse warning reaches for intensive monitoring.The evaluation results were close to the warning level of bank collapse and the actual position of bank collapse,indicating that the BSEIS can better reflect the beach stability in this section.Combined with the characteristics of the river,the index system can be widely used in the stability evaluation of different sections of the middle and lower reaches of the Changjiang River after the appropriate modification of index weight and scoring criteria.
