增稠剂对引气水泥砂浆强度与孔结构影响研究

摘要: 为了探究增稠剂对引气水泥砂浆性能的影响,采用阿拉伯树胶和黄原胶2种增稠剂,对不同增稠剂掺量下同一含气量水泥砂浆的抗折性能、抗压性能、硬化后孔隙率和孔结构进行对比分析。采用无电极电阻率仪原位连续监测同一水灰比下加入增稠剂前后水泥净浆早期水化过程中电阻率变化的全过程,讨论了增稠剂对引气水泥砂浆性能的作用机理。结果表明:适量掺入增稠剂可改善引气水泥砂浆力学性能,但过多的掺量反而会使砂浆强度劣化;增稠剂的加入会导致新拌水泥砂浆体系中更难引入气泡,但可减少气泡至气孔过程中含气量损失,使得硬化后引气水泥砂浆孔隙率增加;一定掺量的增稠剂可优化引气水泥砂浆孔结构;增稠剂对水泥水化进程的影响是其对水泥砂浆性能影响产生差异的根本原因。

Abstract: In order to explore the influence of thickener on performance of air-entrained cement mortar, Arabic gum and xanthan gum were used to compare and analyze the flexural strength, compressive strength, air pore content and pore structure of cement mortar with the same air content under different dosage of thickener. Electrodeless resistivity method was used to continuously monitor the whole process of early hydration of cement mortor before and after adding thickener at the same water-cement ratio, and the mechanism of thickener on the performance of air-entrained cement mortar was discussed. The results showed that an appropriate amount of thickener can improve the mechanical properties of air-entrained cement mortar, but too much thickener would make the mortar strength deteriorate. The addition of thickener made it more difficult to entrained bubbles into the fresh mixed cement mortar system, but it could reduce the air bubbles loss in the process from bubbles to pores, and increase the air pore content of the hardened air-entrained cement mortar. The pore structure of air-entrained cement mortar could be optimized with a certain dosage of thickener. The influence of thickener on the hydration process of cement was the fundamental reason for the different effects of thickener on performance of cement mortar.
