基于改进萤火虫算法的水库多目标调度决策研究

摘要: 水库不同调度目标之间既非完全协调也非完全对立,如何快速获取多目标调度方案集,科学进行调度方案决策优选,是实现水库水资源高效利用的重要问题。以年发电量最大和生态效益最优作为目标函数,建立水库发电-生态多目标优化调度模型,进而提出该模型优化求解的改进多目标萤火虫算法,并结合组合权重改进的多准则妥协解排序法进行调度方案决策,最后将其应用于三峡水库调度实例。研究结果表明:改进算法能够获得更高质量的非劣解集,方案集优选方法能够在折中最大化群体效益和最小化个体遗憾的基础上寻求最优解,且能够同时体现决策者偏好以及各个决策指标客观特征。研究成果可为水库多目标调度决策提供科学依据。

Abstract: The different operation objectives of a reservoir are neither completely coordinated nor completely opposed. How to quickly obtain multi-objective operation scheme set and make scientific decision is important to realize efficient utilization of reservoir water resources. Taking the maximum power generating capacity and optimal ecological benefits as objective function, a reservoir generation-ecological multi-objective optimization operation model was established, and then an improved Multi-objective Firefly Algorithm (MOFA) for the optimal solution of the model was proposed. Combined with combination weights improved VlseKriterijumska Optimizacija I Kompromisno Resenje (VIKOR) method, the operation scheme decision was made, and finally it was applied to the Three Gorges Reservoir operation. The results showed that the improved algorithm can obtain a higher quality non-inferior solution set, and the scheme set optimization method can seek the optimal solution on the basis of maximizing the group benefit and minimizing the individual regret, which can reflect the preference of decision-makers and the objective characteristics of each decision-making index. The research results can provide scientific basis for multi-objective reservoir operation decision.
