摘要: 为解决环境影响评价数据提取与集成过程中存在海量数据处理困难、生成过程繁琐、效率低下、缺乏系统化等问题,以基于ArcEngine的插件式开发以及64位GeoProcessing技术,研发并设计了环境影响评价大数据处理系统。该系统可实现环境影响评价数据的质量检查、数据更新、标准化处理以及统计分析等主要功能,同时确定了环境影响评价数据提取与集成的生成工艺流程。该系统对进一步推动环境影响评价数据资源持续积累、集成信息化管理、共享分析利用具有较强支撑作用。

Abstract: In order to solve the problems in the process of extracting and integrating environmental impact assessment data such as massive data processing difficulties, cumbersome generation process, low efficiency and lack of systematization, an environment impact evaluation big data processing system was designed by using ArcEngine-based plug-in development and 64-bit GeoProcessing related technologies. The system has main functions of data quality inspection, data update, standardized processing and statistical analysis of environmental impact assessment data. Meanwhile, it determines process of environmental impact assessment data extraction and integration generation. The system can promote the continuous accumulation of environmental impact assessment data resources, integrated-informatization management, as well as its sharing, analysis and utilization.
