摘要: 公路沿线边坡具有数量多、灾害频、危害大等特点,如何快速分析评估公路土质路堑边坡安全风险性等问题尤为紧迫。通过总结公路土质路堑边坡的破坏模式与稳定性影响因素,归纳出该类边坡风险评估的关键因子与评估指标,引入层次分析法并基于指标的数据波动性与相关关系,构建出公路土质路堑边坡风险评估模型,通过CRITIC法,利用数据的差异性与冲突性对评估模型各指标权重进行优化。结合指标权重法提出的防护工程评价模型,完善公路土质路堑边坡评估体系,最终通过深圳市S359省道11个公路土质路堑边坡进行评估验证。评估结果显示:评价结果与专家判断结果的相似度达到90.90%,说明公路土质路堑边坡风险评估模型较为可靠。该风险评估体系弥补了边坡风险评估中将自然条件、危害程度与防护工程综合评估的空白,可为实际工程评估提供方法理论支撑。

Abstract: Slopes along the highway are characterized by large quantity, frequent disasters and great harm, so how to quickly analyze and evaluate the safety risk of highway soil cutting slope is particularly urgent.By summing up the failure modes and influencing factors of stability of highway soil cutting slope, this paper summarized the fatal factors and assessment indexes of this kind of slope risk assessment.Based on the index data fluctuation and correlation, this paper introduced the analytic hierarchy process and constructs a risk assessment model of highway soil cutting slope.And through the CRITIC method, the weight of each index in the assessment model was optimized by using the difference and conflict of data.In addition, combined with the evaluation model of protection engineering based on index weight method, the assessment system of highway soil cutting slope was perfected.Finally, the assessment system was verified by 11 highway soil cutting slopes in S359 Provincial Road of Shenzhen City.The results showed that the assessment accuracy was 90.90%,showing that the highway soil cutting slope assessment model was reliable.The risk assessment system makes up for a gap in the comprehensive assessment of natural conditions, hazard degree and protection engineering in slope risk assessment, and provides theoretical support for practical projects
