乌江流域生态流量计算及其时空演变规律研究

摘要: 针对现有常用的生态流量计算水文学法缺少对年际间天然水文节律考量的问题,通过划分年内来水期、年际间来水年型,基于最小月平均径流法计算原理,提出基于年内固定来水期(FPE)和不同水平年变来水期(DPE)的两种面向天然径流时程分配的生态流量确定方法。基于提出的方法分析了生态流量的时空演变规律,并以乌江流域为对象开展实例研究。结果表明:FPE法和DPE法生态流量计算结果整体上达到了Tennant法中“好”的流量状态;在时程上,丰水年生态流量计算结果呈增加趋势,其余年型生态流量计算结果呈减小趋势;在空间上,河道控制断面生态流量与控制流域面积呈显著正相关关系。所提方法为无资料或缺资料地区河段生态流量指标确定提供了参考。

Abstract: The existing commonly used hydrological methods for ecological flow calculation lacks consideration of the inter-annual natural hydrological rhythm.By dividing the incoming water period within a year and the incoming water year type between years, using the calculation principle of Minimum Monthly Average Runoff Method, two ecological flow calculation methods for natural runoff time-history allocation based on annual fixed inflow period(FPE)and different levels of years with variable inflow period(DPE)are proposed respectively in this paper.We also studied the temporal and spatial variation of ecological flow.The Wujiang River Basin is studied as a case.The results show that the ecological flow calculated by FPE and DPE are in a level that can be evaluated as 'good' by Tennant method.In terms of time history, the ecological flow calculation results in wet years show increasing trends, while the other year types show decreasing trends.Spatially, there is a significant positive correlation between the ecological flow of the control section of the river and the area of the basin.
