生态系统优先保护区识别及生态治理成效分析——以六安主城区为例

摘要: 理清六安市生态系统服务功能现状和优先保护区,评估重要生态环境治理工程的成效,对支撑“合肥都市圈”的绿色发展具有重要意义。采用InVEST模型(Integrated Valuation of Ecosystem Services and Trade-offs)和空间自相关等技术手段,探明六安主城区(金安区、裕安区)2000~2009年及2010~2019年的重点生态系统服务功能区,并通过对比分析明确六安主城区的优先保护区和治理区。以位于治理区的苏大堰湿地项目为例,分析其生态治理成效。结果显示:南部林地为六安主城区生态系统优先保护区,苏大堰湿地项目位于中心城区的面源污染防治和土壤保持治理区内;苏大堰湿地项目的建成将极大地提升项目所在地生态系统服务功能,其中“淠河绿廊”将增加项目区域土壤保持量49%,实现污染物消减增加54%,“湿地与农业示范区”将增加项目区域36%的土壤保持量,提升24%的污染物消减量。

Abstract: To support the green development of the 'Hefei metropolitan area',it is important to clarify the current status of Liu′an ecosystem services and priority protection areas, and to assess the effectiveness of major environmental improvement projects.In this study, the InVEST model(integrated valuation of ecosystem services and trade-offs)and spatial autocorrelation technical methods were used to identify the key ecosystem services functional areas in downtown of Liu′an City(Jin′an District and Yu′an District)from 2000 to 2009 and 2010 to 2019,and priority protection areas were identified through comparative analysis.This study took Sudayan wetland as an example to analyze the effectiveness of ecological measures.The results show that forest in the south Liu′an City is the priority protection area for the ecosystem service function.Sudayan wetland project is located in the non-point source pollution and the soil conservation prevention area in downtown of Liu′an city.Sudayan wetland can enhance the ecosystem service of the site, especially the 'Pihe River green corridor' can increase the soil conservation by 49%,and achieve an increase of 54% in pollutant reduction.The 'wetland and agricultural area' will improve the total soil conservation by 36% and reduce the pollutant by 24%.
