摘要: 为探究重大水利工程的环境公民行为影响因素,基于计划行为理论,引入制度压力和环境责任感知,构建影响因素的结构方程模型;通过对重大水利工程中242位项目成员的问卷调查,使用SPSS和Amos进行模型检验。实证结果显示:制度压力通过态度、知觉行为控制的中介作用对环境公民行为有积极影响,且知觉行为控制的中介作用更强;环境责任感知正向调节规范压力与态度间的关系,以及模仿压力与知觉行为控制间的关系。研究成果丰富了重大水利工程项目成员环境公民行为的“制度-心理”机制,为有效借助制度力量改善重大水利工程的环境管理绩效提供参考。

Abstract: In order to explore the factors affecting the environmental citizenship behaviors in major water conservancy projects, based on the planned behavior theory, institutional pressure and environmental responsibility perception were introduced to build a structural equation model of influencing factors.Through a questionnaire survey involved 242 project staffs in major water conservancy projects, SPSS and AMOS were used for model inspection.It is found that institutional pressures have a positive impact on the environment citizenship behaviors through the intermediary role of attitude and perceptual behavior control, and the mediating role of perceptual behavior control is stronger.Perceived environmental responsibility positively moderates the relationship between normative pressures and attitude, and it also positively moderates the relationship between mimetic pressures and perceptual behavior control.This paper enriches the 'institutional-psychological' mechanism of major water conservancy project members' environmental citizenship behaviors, and provides a reference for effectively improving the environmental management performance in major water conservancy projects by using institutional power.
