摘要: 针对缺乏现场岩石力学试验时的隧洞围岩力学参数取值问题,提出了基于多源数据分析的隧洞围岩力学取值方法。首先,提出用室内岩石力学试验成果推演岩体力学参数的使用原则,建立了岩石和岩体力学参数的初步联系;依据规范建议和现场试验统计,提出基于质量分级的岩体力学参数界限,并结合基于经验型准则的岩体力学参数估计值,形成了基于多源数据的围岩力学参数的建议取值范围;采用数值分析方法,对建议取值范围内的力学参数进行敏感性分析,获取了不同围岩力学参数取值方案条件下的塑性区深度和围岩变形的量化规律,并依据工程计算经验缩减了岩体力学参数范围;最后,进一步结合类似工程案例的现场力学试验成果,提出了围岩力学参数的取值方案。工程应用表明,该方法有效解决了缺乏现场岩体力学试验条件下的隧洞围岩力学取值问题,可为具有类似情形的隧洞支护设计和围岩稳定评价提供参考。

Abstract: In order to determine mechanical parameters of tunnel surrounding rock in the absence of field rock mechanics test, a mechanical parameters selection method for tunnel surrounding rock based on multiple data source analysis was proposed.Firstly, a principle of using the results of indoor rock mechanics test to deduce the mechanical parameters of rock mass was put forward, and a preliminary relationship between rock and mechanical parameters of rock mass was established.Then according to the code recommendations and field test statistics, a set of limits of rock mass mechanical parameters based on quality classification was proposed.Combined with the estimated values of rock mass mechanical parameters based on empirical criteria, the suggested value ranges of surrounding rock mechanical parameters were given based on multiple data source analysis.A sensitivity analysis for the mechanical parameters in the suggested range was carried out by using the numerical analysis method, and the quantitative laws of the plastic zone depth and the surrounding rock deformation were obtained under the conditions of different surrounding rock mechanical parameter values.According to the engineering calculation experiences, the range of rock mass mechanical parameters was simplified.Finally, combined with the field mechanical test results of similar engineering cases, the suggested value scheme of mechanical parameters of surrounding rock was put forward.Engineering applications show this method can effectively determine tunnel surrounding rock mechanics values in lack of field rock mechanics test, and can provide a reference for tunnel support design and surrounding rock stability evaluation in similar situations.
