摘要: 预应力钢筒混凝土管(PCCP)因其高强度、高抗渗性、高密封性、耐久性好和维护费用低等优点,已经是长距离输调水工程中的首选管材。但是随着使用年限的增加,会出现断丝、渗漏、爆管等风险,一旦发生事故,直接威胁城市供水安全,也会造成巨大的经济损失和社会负面影响。为了更好地促进PCCP技术创新与进步,从结构设计与分析方法、试验方法、安全影响评价、健康监测检测与除险加固、BCCP的研发与使用等5个方面综述了国内外学者对PCCP的研究进展,并针对预应力高强钢丝、砂浆保护层、管身防龟裂老化、管芯混凝土的浇筑方式、全寿命智能监测平台、生产技术水平等方面进行了研究展望,以期促进PCCP技术进步与行业的健康发展。

Abstract: Prestressed Concrete Cylinder Pipe(PCCP) has been the preferred pipe for long-distance water transfer projects due to its high strength, high impermeability, high sealing, good durability and low maintenance costs.However, as the service life increases, PCCP will have risks such as wires broken, leakage, and pipe bursts.Once an accident occurs, it will threaten the safety of urban water supply, and lead to huge economic losses and negative social impacts.In order to promote the innovation and progress of PCCP,this paper reviews the research by domestic and foreign scholars from five aspects: structural design and analysis methods, test methods, safety impact assessment, health monitoring, detection and strengthening, and the development and application of Bar-wrapped Cylinder Concrete Pressure Pipe(BCCP).Research prospects were also carried out in terms of prestressed high-strength steel wire, mortar protective cover, anti-cracking aging of pipe body, pouring method of pipe core concrete, full-life intelligent monitoring platform and production technology level, in order to promote the technical progress and healthy development of the PCCP industry, so as to better serve the national economic construction.
