不同断丝比例对PCCP内外压承载能力影响研究

摘要: 为探究断丝后预应力钢筒混凝土管(PCCP)的内、外压承载能力,基于宁夏一输调水工程在役超大口径PCCP,建立了内、外压计算模型,分析管身中部不同比例断丝对砂浆保护层、混凝土管芯、钢筒和预应力钢丝等各部位失效的影响。研究结果表明:在内压作用下,断丝PCCP的砂浆保护层、管芯和钢筒均在断丝区域出现应力集中,且随着断丝比例的增加,管芯、钢筒和预应力钢丝进入塑性时的内压值逐渐减小;当断丝比例超过10%时,砂浆保护层进入塑性时的内压值趋于稳定;断丝比例超过35%时,混凝土管芯进入塑性时的内压值趋于稳定。在外压作用下,完好管和断丝管的砂浆保护层进入塑性时的外压值基本一致,断丝管混凝土管芯进入塑性时的外压值随断丝比例变化较小,但明显比完好管低。当断丝比例小于20%时,钢筒进入塑性时的外压值随断丝比例的增加基本呈直线下降,超过20%后,外压值基本恒定。对于预应力钢丝,当断丝比例小于40%时,其进入塑性时的外压值随断丝比例的增加基本呈线性变化,超过40%后,外压值基本恒定,且与钢筒进入塑性时的外压值一致。研究成果可为PCCP出现断丝后的安全评估和除险加固提供依据。

Abstract: In order to study the internal or external pressure bearing capacities of prestressed concrete cylinder pipes(PCCPs)after wire breakage, based on the large diameter PCCP of a water diversion project in working, the calculation models under internal or external pressure were established, and the influences of different ratios of broken wires in the middle of pipe body on failure of mortar protective cover, concrete core, cylinder and prestressed steel wires were analyzed.The main conclusions are as follows: under internal pressure, the mortar protective cover, concrete core and cylinder of PCCPs with broken wires all show a stress concentration in the broken wire areas, and with the increase of the ratio, the corresponding internal pressures of the concrete core, cylinder and prestressed steel wires gradually decrease when entering plasticity.As the ratio of broken wires exceeds 10%,the internal pressures of mortar protective cover tend to be stable when it enters plasticity.When the ratio exceeds 35%,the internal pressures of concrete core tend to be stable when entering plasticity.Under external pressure, the pressure values of mortar protective cover in intact pipe and broken pipes are basically the same.The pressure values of concrete core in broken pipes change little with the change ratio of broken wires, but they are obviously lower than that of the intact pipe.When the ratio is less than 20%,the external pressures of cylinder are basically decrease linearly with the increase of the ratio, and when it exceeds 20%,the value is constant.For the prestressed steel wires, when the ratio is less than 40%,the external pressures change linearly.After the ratio increases up to 40%,the external pressure value is basically constant, and is consistent with those of the cylinder entering plasticity.The research results can provide a basis for safety assessment and reinforcement of PCCPs after wire breakage.
