摘要: 为探究粗糙度对丙乳净浆修复材料与混凝土粘结特性的影响机制,采用切割和凿毛的方式制备了4种粗糙度的混凝土基体,通过直接拉拔试验获得了不同龄期下丙乳净浆-混凝土的粘结强度和破坏模式,基于偏光显微镜和显微硬度计研究了丙乳净浆-混凝土界面微观形貌和微观力学性能。研究结果表明:凿毛处理后的混凝土基体表层存在明显损伤,界面区显微硬度较切割处理的界面小且存在较大波动,这是导致粘结强度较低和基体表层破坏的直接原因;丙乳净浆与切割的混凝土基体的界面粘结形态良好,界面区显微硬度接近;“条纹”和“网格”基面为丙乳净浆和基体提供了机械咬合力,总体上粘结强度高于“平整”界面。在实际工程中,建议采用“条纹”切割的方式处理混凝土基面,以达到良好的粘结质量。

Abstract: In order to explore the influence mechanism of base roughness on the bonding characteristics between acrylic emulsion paste repair material and concrete interface, four kinds of concrete substrates with different roughness were prepared by cutting and chiseling.The bonding strength and failure mode of acrylic emulsion paste-concrete at different ages were obtained by directly pull-out test.Based on polarizing microscope and micro-hardness tester, the micro-structure and mechanical properties of acrylic emulsion paste-concrete were studied.The following conclusions were obtained: the surface layer of concrete substrate after chiseling treatment had been obvious damaged, and the micro-hardness of interface area was smaller than that of cutting treatment and there was a large fluctuation.This was the direct reason for the low bond strength and the damage of the substrate surface.The interface bonding form between the acrylic emulsion paste and the cut concrete substrate was good, and the micro-hardness of the interface area was close.The stripe and grid substrate surfaces could provide a mechanical bite force for the acrylic emulsion paste and the substrate, and the overall bond strength was higher than that of the flat interface.In practical engineering, it is recommended to use the strip cutting method to treat the concrete substrate surface to achieve a good bonding quality.
