摘要: 为提升地质灾害智能化防治水平,在全面调查、评价工程地质灾害危害性及风险的基础上,开发设计了地质灾害监测预警系统。该系统集地表变形和降雨量监测内容为一体,具备实时监控、项目管理、设备信息、报警信息等功能,支持远程数据采集、基础信息查询、预警信息发布、应急响应管理和移动应用,能实时监测重大地质灾害的地表位移、降雨量、裂缝位移和土壤墒情等因子。将该系统应用于大渡河金川水电站工程地质灾害监测与预警管理,结果表明:该系统设计可靠,数据传输便捷稳定,实现了高效分析处理滑坡灾害监测数据并及时发布预警信息,远程实时监测滑坡稳定状态。研究成果解决了以往监测碎片化和信息化不足的问题,提高了监测预警的针对性和时效性,提升了地质灾害智能化管控水平。

Abstract: To improve the intelligent prevention and control of geological disasters, a geological disaster monitoring and early-warning system is developed and designed based on comprehensive investigation and evaluation of the hazards and risks of engineering geological disasters.The system integrates surface deformation and rainfall monitoring content, with real-time monitoring, project management, equipment information, alarm information and other functions.It supports remote data acquisition, basic information query, early warning information release, emergency response management and mobile application.It can monitor the surface displacement, rainfall, crack displacement and soil moisture of major geological disasters in real time.The system has been successfully applied to the monitoring and early warning management of geological disasters in the Jinchuan Hydropower Project.The results show that the system is reliable in design and convenient and stable in data transmission.It realizes efficient analysis and processing of landslide disaster monitoring data, timely release of early warning information, and remote real-time monitoring of landslide stability.The results show that the system is reliable in design and convenient and stable in data transmission.It realizes efficient analysis and processing of landslide disaster monitoring data, timely release of early warning information, and remote real-time monitoring of landslide stability.The research results have solved the problem of fragmentation and insufficient informatization of previous monitoring, improved the pertinence and timeliness of monitoring and early warning, and improved the level of intelligent management and control of geological disasters.
