摘要: 利用三维激光扫描技术获取堆石坝检测坑表面点云,可以快速计算检测坑体积和堆石坝压实质量,但此技术的关键是从扫描点云数据中准确分割出目标检测坑。提出了一种基于法向量区域聚类分割的检测坑表面点云提取方法:首先通过局部密度法检测得到碾压面外部点P,剩余点则为内部点Q;然后以最小二乘法拟合外部点平面,得到拟合平面法向量与内部点法向量的夹角θ;最后以外部点P作为种子点,逐步扩大搜索区域,直至区域内存在θ大于阈值θ′,即可确定碾压面和检测坑表面的交界,精确提取出检测坑表面点云。利用MATLAB编程实现了检测坑表面点云数据的快速提取,并通过采集3类坝料的检测坑点云数据开展试验,验证了此方法的可行性。研究成果可为类似形状目标点云提取和堆石坝压实质量快速检测提供参考。

Abstract: Using 3D laser scanning technology to obtain the point cloud of the rockfill dam inspection pit can quickly calculate the volume of the inspection pit and the compaction quality of the rockfill dam.The key is accurately segmenting the target inspection pit from scanned point cloud data.In this paper, a point cloud extraction method of inspection pit surface based on normal vector region clustering segmentation was proposed.Firstly, the external point P of the rolling surface was detected by the local density method, and the remaining points were the internal point Q;then the least square method was used to fit the outer point plane, and the angle between the normal vector of the fitting plane and the normal vector of the inner point was θ.Finally, the outermost points were used as the seed points, and the search area was gradually expanded until there was a θ greater than the threshold angle within the area.The intersection between the compaction surface and the inspection pit was determined through the above method, so the point cloud of the inspection pit was accurately extracted.The method of rapid extraction of the inspection pit point cloud data was implemented through MATLAB programming.The feasibility of the method was verified by conducting experiments on inspection pits on three different dam materials.The research results can provide reference for point cloud extraction of similar shape targets and rapid detection of compaction quality of rockfill dams.
