摘要: 为了提高混凝土高拱坝施工仿真的运用效果,并为该方面的软件开发及工程应用提供有益借鉴,针对高拱坝浇筑施工仿真优先浇筑规则选择和评价缺乏标准的问题,在深入研究影响优先浇筑规则因素的基础上,提出了高混凝土拱坝施工仿真中常用的优先浇筑规则类型,包括均衡上升-最低块优先浇筑规则、特殊部位优先规则、老混凝土优先浇筑规则、岸坡坝段优先浇筑规则、奇数或偶数坝段优先规则和其他优先规则,以及优先规则选择的评价指标,包括浇筑进度以及度汛等关键控制性节点进度、浇筑进度形象面貌、混凝土月浇筑强度分布、老混凝土产生量。结合忠玉水电站高拱坝进行实例分析,证实了所提优先浇筑规则类型和评价指标的合理性。相关成果可供类似工程混凝土浇筑施工借鉴。

Abstract: In order to improve the application effect of concrete high arch dam construction simulation and provide useful reference for software development and engineering application in this field, aiming at the lack of standards for selection and evaluation of priority pouring rules during high arch dam pouring construction simulation, on the basis of in-depth study of the factors affecting the priority pouring rules, we present the types of priority pouring rules commonly used during the construction simulation of high concrete arch dams, such as balanced rise-minimum block priority pouring rules, special part priority rules, old concrete priority pouring rules, bank slope dam section priority pouring rules, odd or even dam section priority rules, other priority rules.And we propose the evaluation indexes for priority rule selection, such as pouring progress and key control node progress such as flood season node, pouring progress appearance, concrete monthly pouring strength distribution, old concrete production.An example analysis of the high arch dam of Zhongyu Hydropower Station was carried out, which confirms the rationality of the proposed priority pouring rule type and evaluation indexes.The relevant results can be used for reference in concrete pouring construction of similar projects.
