输水隧洞预应力混凝土衬砌锚具槽优化设计分析

摘要: 锚具槽是输水隧洞预应力混凝土衬砌中预应力钢筋张拉与锚固的关键部位,其对预应力混凝土衬砌的可靠性具有重要影响。为探究衬砌结构采用预制装配式免拆模板锚具槽后局部受力状态,依托珠江三角洲水资源配置工程,采用有限元方法开展数值模拟分析,将其与常规锚具槽的受力状态进行了对比。模拟结果表明:免拆模板锚具槽可有效避免混凝土衬砌沿锚具槽角部开裂,提高回填混凝土与衬砌结构混凝土的粘结锚固性能。与常规锚具槽对比,预制装配式免拆模板锚具槽减小了槽口尺寸,提高了混凝土衬砌的整体性,具有施工效率高、工程造价低、施工环境好等优点。

Abstract: Anchor groove of prestressed concrete lining is a key part of prestress tensioning and anchoring, which influences the reliability of prestressed concrete lining.In this paper, a new prefabricated assembly anchor groove of permanent formwork is proposed, the finite element numerical analysis is carried out based on the permanent formwork anchor groove used in the Pearl River Delta water resources allocation project, and the conventional anchor groove is used to be compared with the new type.Simulation results show that the new anchor groove prevents the lining concrete from cracking at the corner of the anchor groove and improves the efficiency of backfill concrete and lining.Compared with the conventional anchor groove, the permanent formwork anchor groove reduces the size of the anchor groove and improves the entirety of the lining concrete.The new anchor groove has many advantages such as high construction efficiency, low project cost, and good construction environment.
