预应力闸墩与锚块底面连接方式对闸墩的影响分析

摘要: 针对预应力闸墩与锚块底面通常采用弹性垫层隔开设计的情况,采用三维有限元法研究了闸墩与锚块底面分别采用整体连接和接触两种模拟方式下,不同工况组合条件下闸墩颈部的变形、应力和结合状态分布规律。结果表明:闸墩和锚块底面模拟方式对闸墩整体的变形和应力变化影响不大;采用接触模拟方式,可以更好地描述锚块底部和闸墩的非线性结合特性,采用弹性垫层隔开设计时,当闸墩和锚块受力致使底面脱开后,可以提高闸墩颈部中央区域的压应力水平,但是对于闸墩颈部边缘的压应力改善不大;闸墩和锚块底面脱开后,两侧挡水工况下可以降低闸墩颈部的拉应力,但是单侧泄水工况下,由于闸墩处于偏心受拉的不利工作状态,闸墩与锚块底面脱开设计会增加闸墩颈部边缘拉应力。因此,在对闸和锚块底面连接进行模拟时,应考虑单侧泄水工况下闸墩应力水平,同时注意闸墩颈部边缘的混凝土防裂

Abstract: As the interface between pre-stressed sluice pier and anchor-block bottom are usually separated by an elastic cushion layer in practical design, the three - dimensional finite element method was used to compare the displacement, stress distribution, and contact state of the sluice pier neck under different combinations of working conditions by two simulation methods: overall model and contact model. The results showed that the two simulation methods did not change the overall deformation and stress of the pier significantly. The contact model can better describe the nonlinear interface characteristics between the anchor block bottom and sluice pier. The separation design can improve the compressive stress level in the central region of the sluice pier neck, but can improve little at marginal part of the pier neck, when the bottom interface is separated as the pier and anchor - block are subjected to force. When the bottom interface is separated, for the unilateral water discharge condition, due to the spillway pier is in an unfavorable eccentric tension status, the contact model will increase the tensile stresses at the edge of the sluice pier neck, however in bilateral water discharge condition, the tensile stresses at the edge of the pier neck can be reduced. When simulating the connection between anchor - block and pre - stressed sluice pier numerically, it is suggested to consider the stress level of the sluice pier under the unilateral water discharge condition, and attention should be paid to the concrete anti - cracking at the neck edge of the gate pier.
