基于三峡 - 葛洲坝水量平衡的机组发电流量修正

摘要: 计算得到的葛洲坝水库出库总水量显著大于三峡水库出库总水量,水量偏差幅度明显超过区间来水,亟需进行出库流量的修正。为了精准计算葛洲坝水库出库流量,使三峡水库、葛洲坝水库及其区间来水满足水量平衡,以三峡水库出库流量 - 葛洲坝水库入库流量平衡为修正基准,以 SCE-UA 算法为优化方法,为葛洲坝发电机组引入水头相关的修正系数,通过不同分期修正系数的率定,实现了对葛洲坝各机组发电流量的修正。结果表明:在汛期,修正后流量平均绝对偏差 MAD 由1 720m3/s 降至571 m3/s,月度总水量偏差 VD 由43.18亿m3降低至1.09亿m3;在非汛期,MAD 由1 650 m3/s减小至745 m3/s, VD由4.52亿m3减小至 2.53 亿m3。提出的基于水量平衡的流量修正方法,能够提高葛洲坝流量准确性,大幅度改善原有的水量不平衡现象,为三峡 - 葛洲坝梯级水电站调度决策提供更准确的数据支撑

Abstract: The calculated total outflow from Gezhouba Reservoir substantially exceeds the discharge released by Three Gorges Reservoir. This volume discrepancy surpasses the natural inflow contribution from the inter-reservoir reach, necessitating immediate outflow recalibration. To accurately calculate outflow of Gezhouba Reservoir and maintain hydrological equilibrium between the Three Gorges-Gezhouba cascade reservoirs, we employed the SCE-UA optimization algorithm with the inflow-outflow water balance as the calibration criterion. Seasonally varying, head-dependent correction coefficients were developed to rectify turbine-specific discharge allocation. Our results demonstrated a reduction in mean absolute discharge deviation (MAD) from 1720 to 571 m3/s, with monthly volume deviations decreasing from 4.318 to 0.109billionm3. Corresponding non-flood season improvements showed MAD reduction from 1650 to 745 m3/s and volume deviation decreased from 452 to 253millionm3. The water balance-based discharge correction framework significantly enhanced outflow quantification accuracy, effectively mitigated systemic water balance errors, and provided reliable hydrologic data for cascade reservoir operations.
