面向 EPC 工程智慧管控的多维业务编码体系研究

摘要: 目前 EPC 工程建设正积极采用 BIM 技术等信息化手段来提升工程质量和智慧管控效率。为此,以 EPC 工程为研究对象,探讨了多维业务编码体系的构建与应用,旨在提高工程质量和项目管理效率。首先分析了现有 BIM 技术在智慧管控编码体系中的应用现状,并指出了各阶段编码体系独立性带来的问题。针对 EPC 工程全阶段综合性特点,提出了一套统一的多维业务编码体系,包括工作分解结构(WBS)、项目分解结构(PBS)、质量分解结构(QBS)以及清单编码结构,并与实际工程业务相结合。通过 Dynamo 软件实现自动编码,建立了构件与编码的关联,实现了 BIM 模型与多种业务之间的有效关联。研究结果表明:该编码体系能够显著节省管理成本,提升了项目管理的数字化水平,为 EPC 工程智慧管控提供了重要的技术手段,对促进项目管理的可持续发展具有重要意义。

Abstract: Currently, EPC project construction is actively adopting informatization means such as BIM technology to improve project quality and intelligent management efficiency. Taking EPC projects as the research object, this paper discusses the construction and application of a multi-dimensional business coding system to improve project quality and management efficiency. First, the application status of existing BIM technology in the intelligent management and control coding system is analyzed, and the problems caused by the independence of coding systems at each stage are pointed out. Aiming at the comprehensive characteristics of EPC projects, a unified multi-dimensional business coding system is proposed, including Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Project Breakdown Structure (PBS), Quality Breakdown Structure (QBS), and bill coding structure, combined with actual engineering business. Automatic coding is realized through Dynamo software, establishing the association between components and codes, and achieving effective association between BIM models and various businesses. The research results show that this coding system can significantly save management costs, improve the digital level of project management, provide important technical means for intelligent management and control of EPC projects, and is of great significance for promoting the sustainable development of project management.
