摘要: 为控制施工所导致的生态环境恶化,最终达到水土流失防治要求和预定目标,必须加强工程施工过程中的水土流失动态监测工作。以牛栏江-滇池引水工程为例,介绍了工程建设过程中水土保持监测工作的实施情况,并对工程水土流失防治效果进行了评价,对工程监测过程中的经验进行了总结,可为以后同类项目监测提供参考。

Abstract: To control ecological and environmental deterioration caused by water project construction and meet the prevention and control requirements and targets of water loss and soil erosion, it is imperative to strengthen the dynamic monitoring of water loss and soil erosion in project construction. Taking the Water Diversion Project from Niulan River to Dianchi Lake as an example, we introduce the implementation of soil and water conservation monitoring during the project construction and assess the prevention and control effect of water loss and soil erosion. The monitoring experience is summarized, which can provide reference for similar project monitoring.
