摘要: 对气体绝缘金属封闭开关设备(GIS)开展交流耐压试验,能有效发现引起GIS设备内部电场畸变严重的缺陷。在进行交流耐压试验的基础上,再进行超声波局部放电检测,可及时有效地检测出隐藏在设备内部的由自由颗粒缺陷所引起的绝缘弱点,可以说,超声波局部放电检测是对GIS设备交流耐压试验的一种补充。通过变电站和水电站GIS中存在的自由颗粒缺陷案例,来分析三相共箱式GIS相别间耐压顺序的选择对试验工作量及缺陷检出效率产生的影响。基于分析结果,提出了具有针对性的解决措施,可为类似的GIS电气设备交接试验提供借鉴和指导。

Abstract: AC withstand voltage test can effectively detect the defects in GIS equipment caused by the electric field distortion. The ultrasonic partial detection, as a good supplement to the AC withstand voltage test, can effectively detect the insulation weakness caused by free particle defect. In this paper, two cases of free particle defects in a substation GIS and a hydropower station GIS are given, and the influence of the withstand sequence of the three-phase common box GIS on the test workload and the defect detection efficiency is discussed. Thereafter, a solution is put forward to provide reference and guidance for GIS electrical equipment handover test .
