堤坝水下渗漏通道应急封堵方法试验研究

摘要: 渗漏是堤坝的高发病害,也是汛期溃堤、溃坝的先兆险情,快速封堵水下渗漏通道对堤坝应急抢险具有重要的工程意义。当前处理渗漏病害的方法多种多样,但针对汛期快速堵漏仍存在各种不足,尤其是对堤坝水下渗漏通道的应急封堵存在不适用性。为解决上述问题,提出了一种水下熔化相变材料应急封堵渗漏通道的新方法,研发出相应的水下加热设备并对相变封堵材料进行了测试。通过多次室内水下封堵试验,得出了相变封堵材料水下加热后的熔化规律,总结了相变封堵材料水下熔化后的扩散规律和对渗漏通道封堵机制,验证了该方法用于应急封堵堤坝水下混凝土界面渗漏的可行性。在此基础上开展混凝土面板上渗漏通道封堵的现场试验,结果表明该方法可实现对水下混凝土界面渗漏通道的高效封堵。相关经验可供类似工程运行管理单位及人员借鉴。

Abstract: Leakage is not only the high incidence disease of dam or dike, but also the pre-warning signal for dam and dike collapse in flood season, and the rapid plugging for leakage passage is of great significance to the emergency rescue of the dam or dike. There are many methods to deal with the leakage disease at present, but there are still a variety of defects in rapid leak-stopping in flood season, especially for the emergency plugging of the underwater leakage passage of the dam. In order to solve the above problems, a new method by melting phase change material was provided, and the corresponding underwater heating equipment was developed and the phase change plugging material was tested. Through many indoor underwater plugging tests, the melting law of phase change plugging material after underwater heating was obtained, and the diffusion law of phase change plugging material after underwater melting and the plugging mechanism of leakage passage were summarized. The feasibility of this method for emergency plugging underwater concrete interface leakage of dike was verified. On this basis, the field test of leakage passage plugging on concrete slabs was carried out. The results showed that this method can plug the leakage passage of underwater concrete interface efficiently, which can provide reference for similar projects.
