新老混凝土缝面应力仿真及早龄期原型试验验证

摘要: 关于新老混凝土缝面应力的研究成果主要集中在实验室,缺乏对实际工程新老混凝土缝面早龄期力学发展规律的原型试验研究,且现有仿真计算程序虽然考虑了新老混凝土缝面的早龄期应力发展情况,但不能确定所计算得到应力的合理性。以浙江省澥浦泵站为例,设计了该工程新老混凝土缝面早龄期原型试验,获取了该工程新老混凝土缝面应变和温度历时曲线,利用已有的弹模公式计算得到缝面应力历时曲线。同时,根据实际浇筑计划,对混凝土泵站的施工期温度场和应力场进行了仿真计算,再利用原型试验数据验证仿真计算结果的正确性。计算结果表明:原型试验获取的温度和应力历时曲线与仿真计算结果比较吻合,证明现有仿真计算程序对大体积混凝土的新老混凝土缝面计算较为准确,计算得到的应力值比较符合实际现象。

Abstract: The researches on stress of new and old concrete joints were mainly from laboratory tests. And there was no prototype experimental study on the development law of early hardening age mechanics of new and old concrete joints in practical engineering. Although the existing simulation calculation program takes into account the development of early age hardening stress of new and old concrete joints, the rationality of the calculated stress can not be determined. In this paper, the prototype test of early age of new and old concrete joints in practical engineering is designed, and the strain and temperature diachronic curves of new and old concrete joints in this project are obtained, and the stress history curves of new and old concrete joints are calculated by using the existing elastic mold formulas. At the same time, according to the actual pouring plan, the temperature field and stress field of the concrete pumping station during the construction period are simulated and calculated, and then the correctness of the simulation results is verified by the prototype test data. The calculation results show that the temperature and stress history curves obtained from the prototype test are in good agreement with the simulation results, which proves that the existing simulation calculation program is accurate for the calculation of new and old concrete joints of mass concrete.
