摘要: 为了减少欠发达国家城市电网技术及非技术线损,对其电网进行配电网自动化管理系统的升级和延拓改造。根据欠发达国家城市电网的特点,研究了适合的配网自动化系统的构架、配置和功能,旨在城市配电网中升级电气一次设备,配置以馈线自动化为主的配网自动化系统。实践表明:改造方案有效降低了配电网的损耗,提高了用电行业的生产效率和经济效益。研究成果可为国外类似工程施工提供借鉴与参考。

Abstract: In order to reduce the technical and non-technical line losses of urban distribution network in underdeveloped countries, a power grid automation management system for the distribution network is upgraded and reconstructed. According to the characteristics of urban power grids in underdeveloped countries, the structure, configuration and functions of suitable distribution network automation systems are studied. In the reconstruction plan, the electrical primary equipment is upgraded, and the distribution network automation system is mainly equipped with feeder automation equipment. Practices show that the plan can effectively reduce the loss of the distribution network and improve the production efficiency and economic benefits of the electricity industry. The results can provide references and experiences for similar transformation of urban distribution network.
