摘要: 滇中引水工程输水总干渠全长约664 km,沿线约92%为隧洞,工程开挖弃渣数量大。随着生态红线、风景名胜区、基本农田、环保等外部条件的要求越来越严格,弃渣场的场地选择不仅需要考虑技术经济因素,同时需要考虑相关外部条件的限制和要求。通过滇中引水工程弃渣场布置设计实践,引入弃渣场选址综合影响系数,综合考虑了技术经济条件和外部条件因素的影响,使得最终的弃渣场布置取得技术经济性和生态环境社会制约的综合平衡。

Abstract: The main channel of Central Yunnan Water Diversion Project is nearly 664 km long,about 92% of which is tunnel,and the amount of excavation waste is huge.With the more and more strict external constraints,such as the ecological red line,scenic spots,basic farmland environment protection,the layout of the waste disposal site had to consider not only the technical and economic factors but also the external factors.This paper introduced a comprehensive influence coefficient of waste disposal site selection,which considered the technical,economic and external factors,achieving a balance of technical economy and social restriction of ecological environment.
