摘要: 为了实现内陆城市河道疏浚淤泥的资源化利用,以武汉市黄孝河西段黑臭河道治理工程为研究对象,对淤泥在拌入一定量周边土料的同时,加入一定比例的JCW软土固化剂作为固化胶结材料进行固化试验。探讨了JCW软土固化剂添加量、淤泥有机质含量对固化效果的影响,以及其固化作用机理。试验结果表明:淤泥的有机质含量对固化淤泥的强度影响较为明显;JCW软土固化剂固化淤泥的效果优于水泥、石灰类固化剂;当有机质含量为8%,固化剂干掺量为10%时,固化土28 d无侧限强度达到520 kPa以上。

Abstract: In order to realize the resource utilization of dredged material generated in sediment cleaning engineering of inland urban rivers,based on the Huangxiao River harnessing project in Wuhan city,we mixed a certain amount of surrounding soil and a certain proportion of JCW curing agent into the dredged material to carry out solidification experiment. We discussed the influence of dosage of JCW cementing agent and organic matter on curing effect and the solidification mechanism. The result showed that the organic matter content had a significant effect on the solidification strength,and the JCW cementing agent had a better effect for the mud compared with cement and lime curing agent. The unconfined strength of solidified mixture reached 520 kPa after 28 days when the organic matter content and JCW curing agent content were 8% and 10%,respectively.
