乌东德水电站灌浆工程参数化设计研究与应用

摘要: 传统的灌浆工程设计方法日益无法满足工程建设信息化发展需要。为实现灌浆工程的直观显示、快速表达及智能化建设,提出采用“整体-局部-整体”的思路建立灌浆工程参数化设计模型,即先将灌浆工程系统分解为单个灌浆孔并编码;再对每一个灌浆孔分别构建几何模型,并添加灌浆工艺属性特征;最后集成灌浆参数化设计模型。通过分析单个灌浆孔结构特点、设计及施工要求,提出采用孔口坐标等8个参数表示灌浆孔几何特征,采用灌浆方法等10个参数表示灌浆工艺属性,并研究了各参数的获取方法。将该方法应用于金沙江乌东德水电站灌浆工程,实现了灌浆工程三维可视化,提高了乌东德灌浆工程建设的智能化水平。相关经验可供类似工程借鉴。

Abstract: The traditional grouting engineering design method can not meet the requirements of information development in engineering construction.In order to realize the visual display, rapid expression and intelligent construction of grouting engineering, it is necessary to develop parametric grouting design methods and results.This paper put forward the modeling idea of “whole-local-whole” to establish parametric design model, that is, the grouting engineering system is first decomposed into single grouting holes and coded, then the geometric model of each grouting hole is constructed separately, and the characteristics of grouting process attributes are added, finally the parametric design model of grouting is integrated.By analyzing the structural characteristics, design and construction requirements of a single grouting hole, 8 parameters such as hole coordinates, are proposed to represent the geometric characteristics of the grouting hole, and 10 other parameters such as grouting method are used to represent the grouting process properties, and the acquisition method of each parameter is studied.The research results are applied in the grouting project of the Wudongde Hydropower Station, realizing 3D visualization of grouting and improving the intelligent level of the grouting project construction.
