摘要: 持续稳定良好的供水环境是保证人民生活质量的基础。聚焦当前城镇供水管理分散、抗旱调度预测预判能力薄弱、线下会商效率低等问题,以宁波城镇供水为例,针对该城市供水动态预测预警问题展开了研究。结果表明:采用数字化手段并结合水利专业模型技术,通过供水信息的全面汇聚和共享、“水库-水厂”供需预报预警模型的研究、供水实时调度分析平台的搭建,强化城市供水调度“预报、预警、预演、预案”措施,在实际抗旱供水调度应用过程中,可以实现多方位支撑旱情形势下供水调度的精准分析、可供水持续时间的动态预测,以及对供水调度进行可视化预演,同时可有力地保障区域的供水安全。研究成果可为城市供水调度能力的全面提升提供建设性的指导。

Abstract: A sustained, stable and good water supply environment is a basis for ensuring the quality of people's life. Focusing on the current problems of decentralized urban water supply management, weak prediction ability of water supply dispatching and low efficiency of offline consultation, taking Ningbo City for instance, we studied dynamic prediction and early warning of urban water supply. The results show that combining digital technology with water conservancy professional model, such as comprehensive aggregation and sharing of water supply information, researches on reservoir-water plant supply and demand forecast and early warning model, and establishing a real-time water supply dispatching analysis platform, we can support the accurate analysis of water supply dispatching under the drought situations, dynamic prediction of available water supply duration, and visual preview of water supply dispatching, which effectively ensures the regional water supply safety. The research results can provide construction guidance for the overall improvement of urban water supply dispatching capacity.
