视频测流技术在都江堰灌区的应用研究

摘要: 作为一种新兴自动化测流技术,视频测流近些年在灌区逐步推广应用,研究其现场应用精度和适应性十分必要。以都江堰灌区为例,基于都江堰灌区两个视频测流试点断面的测流数据,使用水位-流量曲线检验、查线与视频测量流量对比等方法分析了视频测流在不同断面形状及流量下的测流精度。结果表明:在断面形状规则、流量变化较小的岷江堰断面,视频测流设备测流精度较高,仅约-3%,适应性好;在断面形状复杂、流量变化较大的黑石河出口断面,视频测流设备的测流偏差较大,达36%。

Abstract: As an emerging automatic flow measurement technology, video-based flow measurement has been gradually popularized in irrigation districts and studies on its accuracy and adaptability in field applications are hot and forward topics.Taking the Dujiangyan irrigation district as an example, based on the flow measurement data of two pilot sections of video flow measurement in the Dujiangyan irrigation district, the flow measurement accuracy under different section shapes and flows was analyzed by using the methods of water level discharge curve inspection, line checking, and video flow measurement comparison.The results show that in the exit section of the Heishi River, which has a complex shape and a large flow rate, the video flow measurement equipment has a significant deviation in flow measurement(up to 36%).However, in the Minjiang Weir section with a regular section shape and small flow rate, the video flow measurement equipment has higher flow measurement accuracy(only about-3%) and better adaptability.
