中国水资源承载力与农业高质量发展耦合协调研究

Study on coordination between water resources carrying capacity and high-quality development of agriculture in China

摘要: 在当前水资源利用日趋紧张与农业用水需求剧增的矛盾下,实现水资源承载力与农业高质量协调发展至关重要。为分析中国水资源承载力与农业高质量发展的耦合协调水平和时空特征,采用CRITIC权重法对2011~2020年中国31个省(自治区、直辖市)(香港、澳门特别行政区和台湾省未列入本次研究)水资源承载力和农业高质量发展水平进行了测算,并进一步度量了两者的耦合协调度。结果表明:(1)中国水资源承载力和农业高质量发展水平在2011~2020年分别增长了10.24%和16.49%,整体呈上升趋势;(2)中国水资源承载力与农业高质量发展耦合协调度在研究时段内增长了65.517%,各地存在不同程度的时空差异,东北地区耦合协调水平较高,中西部地区次之,东部地区低于全国平均水平;(3)全局莫兰指数从0.349下降到0.188,水资源承载力与农业高质量发展耦合协调互动紧密,但其空间依赖性表现出由强减弱的变化态势。

Abstract: Under the current contradiction between the increasing tension of water resource utilization and the dramatic increase of agricultural water demand, it is crucial to achieve the coordinated development between water resource carrying capacity and high-quality agriculture development.To analyze the coupling coordination level and spatio-temporal characteristics of China's water resources carrying capacity and high-quality agricultural development, this paper used the CRITIC weighting method to measure the water resources carrying capacity and high-quality development level of agriculture of 31 provinces(municipalities and autonomous regions)(Hong Kong, Macao Special Administrative Region and Taiwan Province are not included in this study) in China from 2011 to 2020,as well as to further measure the coupling and coordination degree of the two elements.The results showed that:(1) Water resources carrying capacity and high-quality development level of agriculture in China have increased by 10.24% and 16.49% from 2011 to 2020,respectively, showing an overall upward trend;(2) The coupling and coordination degree of water resources carrying capacity and high-quality agricultural development in China has increased by 65.517% during the research period, with different degrees of spatial and temporal differences among regions, with higher coupling and coordination levels in the northeast, followed by the central and western regions, and lower than the national average in the east.The global Molan index has dropped from 0.349 to 0.188.The coupling and coordination between water resource carrying capacity and high-quality development of agriculture in China are closely related, but its spatial dependence shows a trend of change from strong to weak.
