江苏省工业用水效率及节水潜力分析

摘要: 为探究江苏省工业节水潜力,促进水资源合理利用和工业绿色发展建设,采用超越对数随机前沿生产函数模型,利用2016~2020年江苏省32个工业行业的面板数据,测算了各行业用水效率与节水潜力,并采用系统聚类分析方法将32个行业的用水效率与节水潜力类型进行分析。结果表明:江苏省工业各行业用水效率值均未达到1,工业节水潜力总和为29.82亿m3,各工业行业存在一定的节水空间,节水潜力较大;全省32个行业按用水效率分为4类,并分别对各类的行业进行了有针对性的具体分析;全省32个行业按节水潜力分为3类,江苏省分行业节水潜力呈现出金字塔特征,高节水潜力行业与中节水潜力行业仅涉及5个行业,但其节水潜力之和占全省节水潜力总和的97%。研究成果可为江苏省工业节水管理及优化工业水资源配置提供借鉴。

Abstract: To explore the potential for industrial water saving and sustainable water resources utilization and industrial development, the trans-logarithmic stochastic frontier analysis(SFA) function model was used to calculate the water-using efficiency and water-saving potential of 32 industries in Jiangsu Province from 2016 to 2020.The water-use efficiency and water-saving potential types of 32 industries were analyzed by systematic cluster analysis.The results show that the water use efficiency of all industries in Jiangsu Province doesn't reach 1,and the total industrial water-saving potential is 2.982 billion m3.There remains scope for further water saving among all industries.The 32 industries in the province are divided into four categories according to water-using efficiency.Specific targeted analysis is carried out for each type of industry.The 32 industries in the province are divided into three categories according to their water-saving potential.The industrial water-saving potential of Jiangsu Province shows a pyramid feature.The industries with high and medium water-saving potential involve only five industries, but the sum of their water-saving potential accounts for 97% of the total water-saving potential of the province.This study can act as a reference for industrial water-saving management and optimization of industrial water resource allocation in Jiangsu Province.
