摘要: 为了探究储能的环境效益、促进储能规模化发展,通过将储能纳入绿证市场和碳市场,提出了储能参与绿证市场和碳市场的计量方法,建立了基于环境效应视角的储能经济效益模型。结合中国各区域电网的排放因子,对储能的经济性进行了深入研究。研究结果表明:储能纳入绿证和碳市场后,可以提高储能的经济性,但整体效果有限,且与电化学储能相比,现阶段抽水蓄能经济性更优。从储能类型来看,抽水蓄能参与绿证市场较优,电化学储能参与碳市场较优;从区域电网来看,华北、东北、西北电网区域的储能参与碳市场有较好的经济性。

Abstract: In order to explore the environmental benefits of energy storage and promote large-scale development of energy storage, by incorporating energy storage into the green certificate market and carbon market, a measurement method of energy storage participation in the green certificate and carbon market is proposed. Further an economic benefit model of energy storage based on the perspective of environmental effects is established. Combined with the emission factors of various regional power grids in China, the economy of energy storage is deeply studied. The results show that the economy of energy storage can be improved after the inclusion of green certificate and carbon market, but the overall effect is limited, and compared with electrochemical energy storage, pumped storage currently has better economic efficiency. From the perspective of energy storage type, pumped storage can get better benefits to participate in the green certificate market, and electrochemical energy storage is recommended to participate in the carbon market. From the perspective of regional power grids, the participation of energy storages in North China, Northeast China and Northwest China power grids have a good economy to join the carbon market.
