摘要: 玄武岩纤维作为一种新型无机纤维材料,将其掺入普通混凝土中可显著提高混凝土的物理力学性能。结合前人研究成果,通过改变玄武岩纤维掺量,对玄武岩纤维混凝土的配合比设计、抗压强度、抗折强度、抗拉强度等力学性能,以及抗冻性。干缩耐久性等进行了试验研究,同时探讨了不同玄武岩纤维混凝土制备工艺对材料性能的影响。相关成果可为玄武岩纤维混凝土的工程应用提供理论依据。

Abstract:
The basalt fiber, a new inorganic fiber material, can significantly improve the mechanical properties of concrete. In combination with the previous research results, the mix proportion design, compressive strength, flexural strength, tensile strength, frost resistance, dry-shrinkage performance and durability were studied through a series of experiments by changing the mixing amount of basalt fiber. Meanwhile, the influence of different basalt fiber preparation technology on concrete material performance was also discussed. The research results can provide theoretical basis for the engineering application of basalt fiber reinforced concrete.
